You want to modernize the business, but first you want to know where to invest and why? From its head office in downtown Trois-Rivières, I3 Web Mobile helps leaders work through that question.
Our approach draws on more than 25 years of experience in business management, production and operations improvement.
Look at what actually happens in the company
The functional analysis takes place with the managers and employees involved. We observe the tasks, the documents, the software and the information exchanges so the difficulties are understood in context.
Put numbers on the irritants of the day to day
Time spent re-entering data, preparing reports or looking for supporting documents: we document the tasks that tie up your resources. Potential gains are estimated from explicit assumptions, with the costs and the limits of the solutions considered.
Leave with recommendations that belong to you
You receive a written report and a roadmap to guide your decisions. You can continue with I3, choose another partner or carry out some of the steps internally. The diagnostic is a separate mandate, and the fees are agreed before the work begins.
